In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our business stakeholders and technical development teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying operational inefficiencies, and driving the implementation of solutions that enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and success criteria.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and data models using tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with IT and QA teams during the weekend release cycle to ensure accurate implementation of changes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business objectives before go-live.
- Document all requirements, use cases, and system configurations for future reference and training purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or data-driven environment.
- Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
