Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering sessions to define business needs
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Document business requirements and maintain up-to-date process documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and user stories
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating past BA deliverables required
