Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Support QA testing and documentation of system changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
