Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and document meeting outcomes
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and post-implementation reviews
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs with Jira
- Generate ROI analysis for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday)
