Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Develop detailed requirement documents, user stories, and process flows
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present findings
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement technical solutions aligned with business goals
- Track project metrics and provide regular performance updates to leadership
- Document business processes and create comprehensive training materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
