- Document requirements using user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for business solutions
- Create data-driven reports and executive summaries
- Coordinate with development teams during implementation
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
