Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements for new initiativesDevelop detailed process flows, data models, and wireframes
- Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or finance industries a plus
