Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional, technical specifications, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and target state objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and data flow diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Train end-users on new systems and documentation to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
