Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate technical solutions against business objectives and user needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM/CPOB) or CBAP/IIBA
- Proven track record of translating technical requirements into business value
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data-driven initiatives
