We are looking for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. In this role, you will drive project success by defining requirements, modeling processes, and ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with our clients' goals.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps and flowcharts (UML, BPMN) to visualize current and future state processes.
- Documentation: Author high-quality requirements specifications, use cases, and user stories for the development team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and metrics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and the execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
