Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes using SQL and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Power BI
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align business and IT teams
- Identify automation opportunities and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
