Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Excel for real-time data visualization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired outcomes
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Experience in retail, logistics, or fintech industries highly desirable
