Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Management) to ensure project goals are met and business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, and use case documentation using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Process Improvement: Assess current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodologies: Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
