Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and wireframes
- Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools to extract and interpret key datasets
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress using JIRA/Confluence
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual dashboards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in tech or finance sector
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
