Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, analyzing complex data sets, and recommending process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. You will act as a subject matter expert, facilitating workshops, and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to gather, validate, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows (BPMN), wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database design) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of improving business processes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
