Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain Jira/Confluence documentation for project transparency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with financial services or healthcare industries a plus
