Role Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that enhance business processes.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on project progress and business metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Project Management: Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
