Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to senior leadership using agile metrics.
- Act as a subject matter expert on business logic and data flow, providing guidance to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is highly desirable.
