Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market opportunities
- Create process flows and documentation for new features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
