Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements using standard modeling tools.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment across departments.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Proven track record of managing requirements gathering and gap analysis.
