Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and documentation for system enhancements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new solutions
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and business outcomes
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project scope and deliverables
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or corporate environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly valued
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
