Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional needs.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and reports that support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business units to ensure mutual understanding.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
