The Role
You will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, gather requirements for software development, and ensure our solutions deliver real business value.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate complex business processes and design efficient, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications for agile development.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks by identifying potential bottlenecks early.
- Translate technical jargon into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
