Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new software systems and business applications.
- Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications to guide development teams in an Agile environment.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations to ensure alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution and high-quality results.
- Identify trends and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
