You will be at the helm of identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core business model to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level foresight and executable strategy. You will lead a team of top-tier futurists, engineers, and strategists to build a sustainable, cutting-edge ecosystem for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the company's comprehensive technology and innovation roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Leadership: Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Biotechnology.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and board members to align futuristic technology with long-term business goals and profitability.
- Market Foresight: Analyze global trends to identify disruptive market opportunities and pivot organizational strategies proactively.
- Team Building: Recruit and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Implementation: Oversee the integration of next-gen tech stacks into existing infrastructure with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Strategy, or a related field; equivalent executive experience accepted.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or executive strategic role.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of identifying and capitalizing on major technological shifts before they become mainstream.
- Network: Extensive professional network within the tech innovation ecosystem and venture capital community.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex futuristic concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to investors.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve high-level strategic challenges.
