Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value corporate clients to ensure retention and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, including presentations and negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and product improvements.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and quarterly business reviews for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
