Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects supporting M&A activities
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using SAP and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Macros)
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
