Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with strict compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and expense tracking
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Analyze financial data using SAP and QuickBooks Enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years corporate accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
