Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes with precision and accuracy
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate financial policies
- Coordinate cross-departmental audits and financial reviews
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting workflows
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and month-end close procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
