Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze variance reports and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for 100+ clients
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and Excel automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and MS Excel
- SOX compliance and audit experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Weekly payroll processing experience required
