Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close processes for corporate client accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Develop financial models and forecasting for corporate partners
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of corporate tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state corporate compliance
