Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meetings
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize inquiries, and resolve administrative issues
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support departmental projects through data analysis, report compilation, and presentation creation
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
