- Serve as primary weekend liaison between international teams and headquarters
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships for weekend operations
- Prepare comprehensive weekly executive summaries and operational reports
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with strict compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate administrative experience with weekend shift exposure
