Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate departmental projects and track deadlines using Asana
- Process expense reports and maintain financial documentation
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external partners
- Onboard new hires and maintain office supply inventory
- Support quarterly audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- 3+ years in corporate support or executive assistance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of financial terminology preferred
