Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute corporate documents and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems both physical and digital
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Support departmental projects with data entry and reporting
Qualifications
