Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Oversee office inventory management and procurement of supplies
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain accurate documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years corporate administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
