Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and general correspondence in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks to support the finance department.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
