Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel logistics with precision.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations ensuring impeccable grammar and formatting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications effectively.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and databases for efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, team meetings, and client receptions.
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic planning sessions and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive administration or corporate support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced Google Workspace skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for occasional office or client site visits.
