Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with special projects and event planning for corporate functions.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Long Beach, CA.
