Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain digital filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation programs
- Implement office efficiency improvements and workflow optimizations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum 3 years of corporate administrative support experience
