Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and courier services.
- Coordinate complex calendar schedules and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and expense report reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both digital and physical corporate records.
- Foster positive relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
