Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues quickly.
- Process complex billing and payment requests while ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Update client databases and CRM systems with the latest interaction details.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the coordination of corporate events and client meetings.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area for visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) on-site.
