Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist clients with product information, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Document complex issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
