Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate client accounts and records within our corporate database systems.
- Process daily transactions, invoices, and customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational workflows.
- Prepare and review weekly reports on client activity and service performance.
- Assist in the onboarding of new corporate clients and training materials.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate customer service or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
