Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Analyze and resolve complex client issues within established service level agreements.
- Document all interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and brand representation during weekend operations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or corporate operations (1-2 years preferred).

- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
