Responsibilities
- Client Management: Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Process Execution: Execute daily operational tasks, including data entry, order processing, and system updates, with 100% accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service and seamless handovers.
- Feedback Loop: Identify trends in client feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate customer service, operations, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
