Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll systems
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Prepare executive financial statements and board presentations
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee tax compliance and external audit relationships
- Drive process improvements in financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years corporate accounting experience
- 5+ years in controller role
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
