Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance initiatives
- Manage financial systems and process optimization projects
- Develop strategic financial models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A activities and growth initiatives
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in corporate accounting systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- SOX compliance and SEC reporting experience
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/BI proficiency
- Excellent communication with executive stakeholders
- Immediate availability required
