Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Direct tax compliance processes and support audit engagements
- Lead a team of 8+ accounting professionals
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
- CPA certification required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven experience in corporate controller or similar executive role
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
