- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly/year-end close processes
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Manage internal controls and SOX compliance requirements
- Direct accounts payable, receivable, and payroll departments
- Drive process improvements and implement financial systems
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
- Manage external audit relationships and tax compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Strong SOX compliance and internal control expertise
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven leadership managing accounting teams of 5+
